Before work starts

If you cancel before any work begins, you get a full refund.

After work starts

Once mockups or the build has started, refunds are assessed case by case, taking into account the work already done. Issues with the finished site reported within 14 days of launch will be fixed first; if we can't fix them, we'll discuss a partial refund.

Domain fees

Domain holding fees cover a domain already registered and are not normally refundable.
