What we collect

Name, email address, business details (business name, address, phone, website), public social media profiles and content, messages you send us, and payment status (card details are handled by our payment provider, not us).

Where it comes from

From you, and from public sources such as business websites, directories and social media posts where businesses ask for websites.

How we use it and our lawful basis

To research your business, create mockups, contact you, deliver and support your website, and keep records. For contacting businesses we have not worked with before, we rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and contact corporate business addresses. Where we contact individual subscribers such as sole traders by email, we do so only where the law allows. For delivering an order we rely on contract, and for tax records on legal obligation. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.

Opting out

Every outreach email includes a clear way to opt out. If you opt out we will not contact you again and will keep only what we need to honour that.

Retention

Prospects who don't become customers: up to 12 months from last contact. Customers: for the life of the service plus 6 years for accounting records. Opt-out records: kept so we don't contact you again.

Sharing

With service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, payments, AI processing), under contracts that protect your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to processing (including outreach), or restrict it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
